The doctor was super sweet! However, the lady at the front was so mean. I asked if I could use a bathroom while waiting for the dog to finish up and she was like “ummm I guess?” and walked away making faces while muttering under her breath. Another client (who I am assuming was rude to her also) complained to the front desk about her as well. I was actually so shocked at her behavior. Will never be going back to that location.

Always great and wonderful help here! Even when my 80lbs dog is showing his rear.

I have been with Banfield since 2015 and been to different Banfield locations but with this location I have had so many issues. They don’t care about your pets. If you love your pet don’t take them to this location.

Staff are always welcoming, and caring for our pet. The doctors inform me of any procedure they recommend and include me in the decision making regarding our pet. She likes going there, so they must be treating her right!

I’ve been coming to this location for over 5 years now and I’ve had positive experiences for the most part. However, whomever is the black woman working at the front desk this morning 8.12.25), she needs a real attitude adjustment. I am a black woman myself and she is the very reason we are stereotyped as always having an attitude. If you don’t want to provide decent customer service, then you should not hold a customer service position. Point blank. I called to request my receipt for a previous visit, as I needed proof that my dog was up to date with her vaccines for an upcoming surgery she was having done. I didn’t receive the receipt at the time of the appt, so I went into the portal the next day and requested it there, but still did not receive it. I called this morning and she rudely put me on hold, and then when she came back to the line, she preceded to cut me off very rudely, before I could finish making my request. She took my information and said she would email me my receipt but she did not. She decided to be petty and not send it at all. So, I physically went into the location to request it a 4th time. Which I honestly should not have had to do. I get that they are pretty busy but when I went into the office, there was not a soul there. She’s lucky I decided to be a mature, respectful adult.
