Doctors Donahue and Vanderveen saved our cat, Dolly's, life after she went into kidney failure. It took a few days of IV's and medications but she pulled through. The folks at this clinic were so kind and helpful and I am so glad our girl got the care she needed. Tonight Dolly gets to sleep on our bed and we are forever grateful.

I went to Banfield Creedmore for a pet emergency the other day (my dog cut his paw very badly on some hidden glass in the grass on our walk). They were great and were able to squeeze him in last minute. And I cannot say enough good things about their Wellness Plan! Such a great money saver especially for emergency situations - we would have spent $1200 on just the treatment for his paw (anesthesia and stitches...), but with the wellness plan we're paying $1200 over a year and getting dental cleaning, all our vaccines, and unlimited office visits, PLUS 15% off all other services. I'm really grateful for this plan and can't recommend it enough if you have an accident prone or sick pet that might need extra care over the year! Plus, the staff has been so friendly and sweet at both of our visits and have loved on my sweet boy in the best way possible. I've had a lot of weird vet (and medical in general) experiences in the past, and the staff and doctors here have been down to earth and great for talking through my pets care and options (especially when it comes to budgeting!).

The staff here are phenomenal. Sadly, I had to bring my pet to be put to sleep. Even though I had never taken my dog to this location before and had to make the appointment last minute, everybody involved in his care was so kind, caring, and respectful. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr E and all of the staff who assisted my pup cross the rainbow bridge.

Awful experience for our last visit. Picked our cats up after a drop off appointment. They were in a corner of their carrier together (clearly stressed) and the carrier smelled like urine. Got them home and their carrier was soaked. I felt awful. There’s no telling how long they had been left in their carrier before I got the call to come get them if they had used the bathroom in it!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The doctor will be late EVERY single time. They don’t answer the phone, or if they do they put you on a 10 minute hold. They forget appointments that you schedule. The front desk staff is rude, especially Sequoia. I am canceling my plan and moving to another vet that actually treats animals and people well. This is supposed to be a “fear free” facility and yet my dog who is soo anxious has to wait over 30 minutes every time to be seen. The vets are always nice but you will wait and have to deal with the rude front desk every single time - not worth it. Go somewhere that cares about you and your pets!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
