This is the worst vet experience I have ever had. They are extremely disorganized. They do not keep accurate records and therefore put pets at risk of missing important dates for vaccinations.

I have had 1 good experience to every 10 bad experiences. I kept thinking that the convenient location and the good heart of some employees would outweigh the corporate greed and hands being tied with “This is how I have to put it in our system.” I will never go with a corporate vet like Banfield again. They care more about policy than your pets and that makes me sad.

*** IF YOUR PET IS HAVING AN EMERGENCY DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE ***
My pup is a 1 year old and has been going here since I got her. So I thought I could trust Banfield with an emergency after her spay incision opened due to a hernia. I called them and they told me to come in immediately. I brought her in and within 5 min they then turned me away because it was 3:30 and they closed at 6. They told me to come in and wasted valuable time in a dangerous situation. My dogs intestines were literally hanging out and she was bleeding away and they just told me to go to the urgent vet across the street. They didn’t even call ahead or check if they could close her up. They didn’t even let me know that my pup had a hernia. The urgent vet that I went to for the first time had more concern and care than the vet I’ve been going to for almost a year. The urgent vet bandaged her, looked at her, let me know it was a hernia and called all the hospitals for me , found the closest and cost effective one and let them know that I was on the way. Thankfully my dog is okay and it is no thanks to Banfield. But I’m sure they got to leave at 6 so that’s what matters…. They also said they’d call in a few days to check on my pup and I never heard from them again. This couldn’t have gone horribly wrong. Be weary of coming here with any emergencies. They are negligent! They even gave me medication once that I needed to monitor her for possible complications due to a gene defect and they didn’t even tell me or make note of it in her file . A different Banfield location caught it and was very concerned about it. Not to mention …. I got my dog back after her intial spay with fecal matter all over her paws and fur . They just handed her back to me like that. This Banfield needs to do better …. Negligence all around .

DO MOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR OLDER ANIMALS. THEY ARE A SCAM. The worst place. Still hounding me for money after my cat died. They did nothing but hurt my cat and when I caught them they said "oh all cats are difficult." I've been to several vets over my 15yo cat's life and never have I experienced such dreadful treatment of animals and such terrible service at the counter. Do not buy their care packages. Even if you cancel, even if your CAT DIES thru will still come after you. They should be shut down. They wasted three weeks of his precious time and put him through expensive procedures that had nothing to do with my cat's illness. I took my cat too a different vet and everything they told me was wrong.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
