"We have been so impressed with the level of professionalism and care at Banfield in Brier Creek. The veterinarians are highly knowledgeable and proactive, and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. Our appointments always run smoothly and efficiently. My fur baby can be a little nervous at the vet, but the entire staff works wonders to keep her calm and happy during visits. The service is consistently excellent, and we always leave with a positive feeling."

Do not bring your pet baby to this place the brand and or the location. I hate horrible experience in the last six months. We have our first new puppy first brought in at 11 weeks for vaccines and check up. My first experience was with an unprofessional Vet at the last Appt of the day (which I didn’t know) I tried to ask questions and learn and I was told to Google my questions or wait for the next visit. I had to ask for them to Check his ears mouth nose etc. I had to micromanage. The moment I left the dirty disgusting room the Bet threw her backpack in and ran out the door. She couldn’t have cared less. Today we had our last visit. They had no clue why I was there meanwhile the Appt states the reason. They did a fecal test in an open area not a private room as they stated it would be and picked him four times in pain. There were other people and dogs around and zero privacy he was terrified. Then I asked for a nail clipping because they haven’t been cut in one month and they took him back stating if we can’t do it the quick is right there meanwhile he has like .25-.50” of nail to cut which is obvious. The Bet didn’t come in the room they took him to the “back” with other pets to do an exam and came back moment later. We never say the vet at all only the tech (which did the fecal test) so u professional and gross. For all I know they brought him back had him sit down for ten mins and brought him back saying they examined him. For a $70 office visit I should I’d meet the Vet. No more. Don’t go I’m warning you.

I would love for the TEXT confirmation to sync with their system so that I don’t get multiple phone calls also wanting me to confirm the appointment. If I confirm via text from the automated system, that should be sufficient.
