- HMHannah Miller2 days ago1.0Thought it was a great place but after too many incidents that left my cat more injured than before I refuse to keep paying for care if its going to result in him being dragged back for things that were never an issue. NOT cat friendly at all seeing as they left him in his carrier cramped with a cone on and a bandage that one came off and two resulted in heavy swelling of his foot. Refused to admit that they either cut him or left a hole too big from iv needle resulting in glue that didnt even hold the wound in place together. I REFUSE to keep paying for worthless service thats supposed to provide care and financial support to people who love their pets. I would rather pay one big bill once a year and ensure my cat and happy and healthy. Than pay 3 times the amount and still have so many issues that they keep causing.

I had misplaced my puppy’s rabies tags right before traveling out of town and urgently needed them dropped off at doggy daycare. Even though Banfield was already closed, these three young ladies went above and beyond to help me. They took the time to assist me after hours, showed incredible kindness, and truly cared about my situation. What made it even more meaningful is that my family was traveling for a funeral, and their compassion during such a stressful moment meant more than I can express. Exceptional customer service, empathy, and professionalism like this is rare. Emilia, Bri, and Sofia are absolute gems, and Banfield Brier Creek is lucky to have them. Thank you again for your kindness and support—it meant everything to my family.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
