  This vet office offers caring products and services for my senior Doberman, Maddie! It was reasonably priced, and they discuss options with you before they swipe your card. Maddie needed her rabies vaccination and heart-worm test and flea and tick meds. They let me drop her off when I could and called me when she was done and next steps. I would absolutely recommend Banfield on Capitol Blvd in Raleigh for all your pet’s needs! I moved down here from Virginia and found a new Veterinary care company! Thank you!

  I am currently disputing a collection account tied to my Optimum Wellness Plan. Banfield sent a balance to collections for services never rendered, which is a violation of fair billing practices. I am prepared to settle this immediately via a Debt Recall to fix my credit report, but I have been unable to reach a human at Corporate who can authorize this. I am filing a formal complaint with the CFPB and the State Attorney General if this is not resolved. If Banfield Corporate wishes to resolve this and have this review removed, please contact me to coordinate a written settlement and credit deletion.

  As a first time pet owner and first pet visit, I had a great experience so far. Hannah went above and beyond to get me scheduled the same day, due to their websites having glitches and did not schedule my appointment. She saw how frustrated I was and immediately called other locations, none had appointments so she then asked her office if they could get me in & which they did and done hours before they said they would be which was a plus! Also, thank you to Kat the nurse who answered each and every question thoroughly and with patience . She understood my concerns and a first time pet owner and gave me full transparency on the fees and did not try to up sale me. She also was honest and answered the questions to the best of her knowledge and left the unknown for the doctor. Thank you! I look forward to bringing Lavi monthly as I’ve bought the monthly package.

  I admitted my puppy because of a urine problem. They gave him a treatment that didn't go with his diagnosis. My dog got worse with that treatment, she started with vomiting, diarrhea and tremors. I took her to another place where they are professionals and they confirmed that the treatment they sent her at BANFIELD was not the right one. From an emergency that could come out for $500, he spent the $1,500 for this place.
