Very rude and not accommodating at all. I was few min late for my 4:30 appointment and no one was at the desk so I waited and when someone came out they had an attitude and forced me to go back and have to reschedule. Terrible service, I really hope they improve because people take late appointments so they can take their pet to get the care it deserves yet they don’t honor and 15 min grace period for appointments.

Although the vet techs and veterinarians are very nice, I wish they were more thorough and explained what to expect following an appointment. We take our puppy every 3 weeks for his puppy vaccines and they don’t even tell us where he got his vaccines or what is normal to expect when we get home. Our puppy was crying in pain when we got home and we weren’t sure if it was the vaccine or if something went wrong because we were not educated. I understand they run a very busy clinic, however it would provide a lot of relief if they took a couple more minutes just to be more thorough and explain everything that was done in the visit, especially because we can’t see what care they give our puppy.

Extremely frustrating to deal with and loads of predatory practices that will all cost you money. I’ve tried to call to make appointments for something as simple as to have my cat’s nails trimmed, and they tell you they don’t make appointments for trims, but to just bring him in. But then you “just bring him in” and they will not hesitate to turn you away because they’re too busy. So they are clearly fine with wasting your time. I have to give my poor cat Gabapentin for his visits to keep him calm so he doesn’t try to scratch the staff or freak out in his carrier on the car rides, so it’s incredibly frustrating when you go through the trouble of drugging your older cat with something that makes him very groggy, and the un-sympathetic guy behind the counter asked me if I had “more of the prescription to give him later.” His solution was for me to return 5 hours later, having given my cat even MORE drugs. I told him I wasn’t in a rush and that we could sit down and wait. Again I was told it wasn’t a good time, could I come back tomorrow? So his two solutions are to drug my cat again later today, or to just drug him all over again tomorrow. So clearly they also don’t really care about your pet either. Mind you, there are good people that work there. There is a vet tech there that I love dealing with and is always happy to help my cat, but I pay these people monthly for a service that provides my animal nothing, which you can only cancel once per year, EVEN if your animal passes away, and they still turn me away for 5-10 minute jobs like a cat nail trim (but also refuse to let me make an appointment). They also diagnosed my cat with hyperthyroidism about a year ago, we tried 1 medicine for that which he was allergic to, and their only other solution was to send me to another Radiation treatment specialty vet that also has pretty bad reviews, especially lately since changing hands. The literally made no other attempts to treat his condition other than, well we tried the one pill, he’s allergic, sorry. I can’t imagine overall what I’ve spent at this place, to basically get nothing substantial for my cat, and honestly be here at home googling how to best care for him. Don’t waste your money here, there has to be a better vet nearby
