Lake Norman at Mooresville animal hospital the staff are very friendly and very helpful, also very understanding if you need to reschedule an appointment as long as you call a head of time. The drs and the vet tech are amazing with your animals. They dont push any unnecessary drugs, or scans on you like other vets do . I highly recommend this animal hospital/clinic. They are not over priced like most. Extremely clean inside doesn't smell, like some ive been too.

The staff are very efficient with excellent customer service skulls. The Vet was very personable . Felt very comfortable with the care of my Charlie. Went out of their way to care for him. The cost was reasonable . I would definitely see their services out again.

Last night for Bella’s wellness visit was the first we met Dr. Mary. Let me tell you she is the best of the best!! So compassionate, informative, and truly a sweetheart. I felt like Bella was truly cared for and she had her best intentions at heart. Explained everything to me in a way I understood and she truly cares. She is a gem!! This is not a place you should take your animal. My first visit on 10/13/2025 I bring my senior dog in who is a small dachsund that is scarred so I carry her in. One of the male Vet Techs is take a bigger dog from a customer but is not properly holding the dog on a tight lesh. This bigger dogs jumps up and hits my dog. The receptionist see this but they say nothing but an Oh... no apology. I tell the doctor and she apologies. They do a wellness exam taking blood work etc. They made me take my dog home to collect a fecial and urnine sample and tell me I need to have it back before 5pm. I return the samples at 2:45 and the reception desk says they should have results back the next day. A week goes by with no call about the results. I have to call myself where the doctor tells me they haven't call because they haven't recieved the urine and fecial samples. I explain I did drop it off to the front desk. The doctor said she would look into it. A week goes by with no response. I call again and ask to speak to the office manager and was told she was not in but they would leave a message and call me on Monday. Today is Tuesday and who can guess? She never called. So I call back and I am told the office manager is managing two offices and is swamped. The office gives excuses that the urnine was put in the wrong system and it was delayed a day to process. Which doesn't make sense as it has been two weeks with no contact from the doctors officer about the results, the lack of training on the staff to properly keep animals on a lesh, to the lack of care about animals that may be hurt by the staffs inability to properly handle larger dogs on a lesh.
