I have only had good experiences here. I have not been the best at preparing my cats for a visit but the staff here has always been friendly and helpful to me. The few times ive talked to a vet they've been clear and informative. Going to the vet is never a pleasant experience but they really try their best here thank you

I have been pretty disappointed with this clinic recently. In the past, we’ve brought our other dog and our cat here and always had great experiences. Unfortunately, since the new doctor and staff (who are rude) have been here, the level of professionalism has gone downhill. At our most recent visit, we were left waiting in the exam room for over 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment time before anyone even came in. That is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for clients’ time. On top of that, they called today to move our appointment out by one week because the doctor had too many vaccinations scheduled that day, we were told to just drop our dog off before business hours and pick her up at the end of the day. I don’t understand why we would be expected to leave our dog crated ant their clinic all day just to receive a few shots. This is not the level of care or service we’ve experienced here before, and it’s disappointing to see such a decline. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as we used to genuinely enjoy bringing our pets to this clinic.

Dr. Makar was rude and acted as though we were bothering him when we wanted to know about our cat’s wellness visit. We weren’t taken into an examination room—had to ASK to speak to him and talked to him at the front counter. It seems as though being a Wellness Plan member gives you less customer service rather than more. My son pays a lot EACH month but we were made to feel as though we were a bother to your practice and your doctor. I plan on making other arrangements for veterinary care for my SIX cats.

Nice enough staff, but holy cow every time I go to fill a script it's a hassle. It has never been a smooth operation.
