I live in South Carolina & it is worth the drive to North Carolina. This office is a smooth running business. It is so clean, even the restrooms where immaculate! I didn't hesitate to leave my pet there overnight for her surgery. And the doctor was just amazing. Pictured is my puppy who's ears stood up are 3 days. The doctor far exceeded my expectation!

I give this 4 star review veryyyy lightly.. I just brought my baby Emma to be laid to rest today as she was 15 years old and definitely had some health issues. The past few days have been horrible for her, hasn’t been eating and drinking and lost lots of weight I couldn’t watch her suffer anymore.. but the nurses? (Idk how I would address them..) they were extremely nice and supportive I actually felt like they were grieving my dog with me which I absolutely loved. One lady even paw printed my dogs nose and paws.. I will carry these index cards with me till I die.. so she is an angel for that. Everything was smooth and loving the only reason I say I give this review lightly is because of the doctor…. The actual man that administered the dose to put her to sleep.. I understand he has his job and that’s what he has to do but a FOREWARNING can be given before he pokes a dogs eyeball to check and see if the medicine has taken effect.. I wasn’t prepped or educated on how the procedure would go before they walked in he simply stated “once I give her this she’ll go right to sleep” once again.. I know he has his job and he has to make sure it is administered properly.. but please if anyone reads this make it known to this man that if he’s going to do that to give warning.. the last thing you want to see while literally watching the life leave your dogs eyes is his or her eyeball being poked by a gloved finger… that definitely made me hurt a bit more and felt insensitive on the doctors behalf.. other then that all other staff were extremely supportive and caring in my time of grief.. this doctor needs to understand he is doing a job but he is also ending a life and that’s what needs to be done sincerely and compassionately and not occupationally.. thank you for your services though.
