Won’t be back to this Banfield I changed my home location to garner. Knightdale they’re lazy, slow , slow to be seen. Drop offs take an hour and the one doctor is extremely dumb. Last year my dog needed emergency surgery and she advised me to put the 4 year old dog down. After his ER surgery he needed he’s healthy as he can be. Just took my 13 year old dog who’s healthy and walks many miles a day. She said “this will be her last teeth cleaning” Your doctor advice is trash. Go flip burgers somewhere. That’s two dogs you suggested won’t live long without any actual knowledge of what you’re saying. Just like my other dog, my 13 year old will be getting her teeth cleaned again. I had to change location because to avoid incident of me losing my shit. Also go ahead and try to buy prescription dog food and when they contact Banfield Knightdale they won’t get a response to fill prescription order. Aversboro garner has been much more helpful

Everytime I book an appointment online I get told either day of or day before that I was allowed to select times that they don't have available. Not wasting my time even attempting to make appointments at this location anymore

Don't walk, RUN to this location, amazing from the VERY start to the end. I cant thank this team enough for putting up with my incessant worries. I called this morning a rambling crying mess as my boys neuter was going south and they not only made time for me but was probably the most effective, communicative staff ive been around in a while. From the front staff, to the vet techs, to the vets this was an amazing experience. Thank you so much and we will absolutely be making this our full time location! ❤️❤️

The folks here are nice but everytime I go they try to push treatment on me that I dont feel like my dog needs. I went in bc my dog has an allergy that makes her shew at her tail all the time. They gave her a shot, amd told me that my dog had a lump on her breast but they won't evem test it for concer unless I agree to get her fixed. I wouldn't. Then after giving her this shot every month I noticed my dogs appetite and thrist has gone way up, so the medication has made dog gain 2.5 pounds and now they are saying shear have a thyroid condition. All these things they suggest aren't covered by the care plan they talked me in to on the first visit. They said to cut her food intake in half and when she still gained weight they said do it again. I feel like im starving dog and I know its the medication doing it. Im just done. And really I feel like the shampoo they gave me is helping her not the shot. Im taking her off the shot, amd im done when this health plan expires.
