- BSBailey SanfordMar 20, 20261.0I had multiple issues with this place, specifically the groomer. She treated me as though I didn’t take care of my dog. She charged a bunch of extra fees. And the hair cut is awful. I called to speak with a manager multiple times and was always told she wasn’t there and that she would call me back but she has never called me back. I spoke with the store manager and he stated there was nothing he could do that the Salón manger had to take care of the issue. , but that the groomer had multiple complaints! She argued with me on how I wanted my dog cut, my dogs ears were not cleaned. She claimed my dog was full of matting in her tail and shaved parts of her tail. She cut her nails with what looks like full scissors. She didn’t do any blending and honestly looks like she ran the clippers down a few spots on my dog but didn’t actually cut her.

For one she did NOT greet my dog, she was not friendly at all, I knew even then I didn’t want her to touch my dog. She didn’t even greet me. I had to ask HER was she my dog’s groomer. She didn’t ask me how I wanted my dog groomed or anything. I wouldn’t even book with her and dogs know when a person is not right because she sensed it too. I told her my dog doesn’t like to be picked up because she tries to nibble NEVER BITES which I let them know every single time she gets groomed and they are always okay with still grooming her and says she is the sweetest and best dog, but Danielle at KERNERSVILLE NO??? I grabbed my dog and left. I will not be back and Danielle? You shouldn’t be a groomer.
