    I have never been to a better vet! My regular vet was not able to diagnose a bad infection. So I found Vetco, which was the only place with immediate appointments. The vet tech was SO kind and great with my dog. The vet was also amazing. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, with a diagnosis and meds to help my dog. It is a more pricey place BUT for the immediate appointments and the awesome staff, it is well worth it. I will always take my pets here for sick visits in the future.

    Brought in my foster cat Rose after finding her malnourished as a stray and since they have great availability I was able to get her seen for vaccines and tests. They suggested doing a full blood work panel to rule out any kidney liver or thyroid issues and turned out she was anemic. Because they want to be thorough they decided to do a recheck for a CBC and she is doing fantastic. They also stay on top of updates and results with either a call or text. Very lovely vet techs and doctors. Also prices are very reasonable and affordable.

    Our kitten, Eevee, recently underwent her second check-up and received all necessary vaccinations, during which she remained calm and inquisitive. The staff expressed their pleasure at her healthy growth and development. We have consistently experienced excellent care from the team, and I would highly recommend their services.

    This was my choice for a while, but not anymore. My fiancé brought our puppy back for his second round of shots and was 5 minutes late, so they refused service. The policy, as stated online, is 10-15 minutes late, not 5 minutes. The “hospital manager” said that the veterinarian made the 5 minute rule and it “has nothing to do with him”. I’m not sure how someone can set their own rules despite company policy? After mentioning this, they offered to see my puppy, but I refuse to even let them look at one of my pets again. Meanwhile, there was no one else in the location, my 3 month old puppy has an ear infection the day before Thanksgiving when everything closes for the weekend, and the veterinarian refused to even come out of his office and explain his “policy”. Refusing to see my dog for being 5 minutes late, but then arguing for 20 minutes when you could’ve just seen my dog that entire time is insane. This was the second time they acted inconvenienced by my appointment and didn’t show the slightest interest in seeing my pets. I’m not convinced the vets here like animals - and if they do, it definitely doesn’t show.
