Then I was told they needed updated rabies vaccination records. If the person who answered had made an appointment, she could have seen and asked me to bring the records to be updated. Not returning! Horrible customer service!

- AGAthena GrisetteOct 22, 20251.0The worst grooming in North Carolina. Been to Petco in Charlotte plenty of times and he’s been matted before and was able to get groomed. He was only matted in his face a little bit and tail (not his entire body which she was telling me about and making me feel bad about it honestly which pisses me off because he’s not neglected whatsoever) and shared she can’t even touch him because of that. Complete bullshit never stepping foot in this place.
