    Courtney is an absolute sweetheart. Her customer service is amazing. She took extra care of my girl Romi. I’m going back simply because Courtney made me feel comfortable and she made my pet comfortable 💕

    I have never had an issue having my dog groomed at this store until my visit on 6/27/25. Amber has always been helpful and pleasant. However, this time, I had to deal with someone named Courtney. As it was taking longer than usual, I went in to check on the progress. Courtney and a man were behind the counter. I told them I was there to check on Smokey, and she said "she's not ready." I asked when she would be ready and she essentially blew me off. As it turned out, when I returned, she was the one working on my dog, so I don't know why she was at the counter instead of in the back taking care of her. While I stood there, I heard a dog yelp, then the door opened and she pulled Smokey into the windowed area. She cut her nails there, very quickly, which was obvious when I got her home and saw how badly they were done. I asked why Smokey had yelped, and she said it was another dog. I had no way of knowing for sure, so I didn't pursue it. She then asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. I don't know why she thought that, but I told her no. She then opened the gate for me to put Smokey's harness and leash on and I could not figure out how to remove the store's lead. She said "there's a clip." I tried, but could not release it, so I asked her for help. She said "I told you, there's a clip." Then she came over and undid it, opened the door into the back and yelled "Amber, come talk to this woman." I did not raise my voice at her at all, I did not ask to see a manager, and I did not deserve the treatment I received. I told Amber to make a note on Smokey's chart that Courtney was not to deal with her again; but I am not sure I am comfortable taking her back there at all now.

    They did a great job with my 8 month old puppy. I know he wasn’t easy since he’s just a pup and is getting used to getting cut but they didn’t complain about him at all. I was very happy with how they cut him as well!
