- DEDebra Engelhardt-NashDec 29, 20251.0A very unfortunate experience. She was the first dog of the day. We asked how long it would be and were told 2 hours. Upon returning we were told our dog wasn’t ready -and to come back in an hour. 3 hours later we were told she wasn’t ready- her nails had yet to be clipped and her ears cleaned and she wasn’t dry. 3.5 hours later we asked to just release our dog - bath only and she was still wet and her nails and ears were not done .no apology no explanation. We will not return.

Rabies was typed but the doctor checked the box that the rabies vaccine was completed. The rabies tag number was also written in but that doesn’t make the document invalid. Definitely never going back there again. Everyone else accepted the document.
