- BLBobbie Lee3 days ago1.0I never actually read the reviews about this location, but started reading them after my experience . Now I know it’s not me! Our Chihuahua has been going to groomers for 8 years , NEVER with a problem. Today we were in the area and decided to pop in for a nail trim. We noticed the lady ( her name is Amber) dragging him by the neck to take him back in. That was a red flag . You can tell she just didn’t want to be talking care of him. She immediately takes him back out to us saying he was trying to bite her . Umm.. yeah maybe because you were dragging him . He’s less than 10 lbs. Anyway, lesson learned . I would stay away from this “ groomer” . We left and took our “vicious” dog to Home Depot , and basically the entire store came up and petted and loved on him. They say dogs can sense bad , and truly he did. So happy shenever had the chance to touch him. If you read other reviews , many customers have had issues with this groomer. This shows me that management has overlooked it.

I was told that I needed to get my dog vaccinated for rabies and I did so yesterday made an appointment because they stated that it was 24 hours that I needed in between time of the vaccination and her to be groomed I set the appointment for the next day 24 hours or 25 hours after her appointment for her vaccination after driving 40 minutes to the Petco in Kannapolis, I was told that I had to wait another an additional day to have my dog groomed because it’s not 24 hours. It’s 48 hours which your site clearly says 24 hours which is definitely false advertisement.I will never bring my dog back here again ever I didn’t check any of the stars because I’m giving it to zero😔😡 funny, I had to put at least one star or else it would not post my comment
