They always get his ears crooked & jagged so we fix them.at home. We go for a clean close cut so there wont be issues with a specific cut. The staff are nice and friendly. The price is OK. A little more attention to getting the ears cut straight across & it would be a perfect experience. They a)ways have him ready to go within 3 hours. Mom says the price is a bit steep to need to add a tip, but she will If they ask.

The treatment of my dogs was rough and their nails have been “buffed so short it exposed the quick on a three or four of them and their dew claws are ragged with sharp points. Glad expression was pointless and I’ll need to go somewhere else to have it done properly. One lady was pulling another dog around roughly by the collar even though he was obviously a little nervous but being very sweet. Never again will I come here

When I stored them off I was told it'd take about 2-3hrs & called around the 2hr mark and was told 3hr and if I wanted them dine sooner it would be $18-20 for EACH dog. We noticed upon pickup that my bigger dog was still very wet! No, we didn't say anything because I needed to get both myeloma & my dogs home, which was a good 30min drive & I'm still recovering from an extensive surgery on pancreas, liver, etc. Very disappointed and don't think we'll be back to this location.
