My experience with Banfield has been amazing. From the customer service to the amazing staff, I feel every single member of the team goes above and beyond to care for my Teddy since we started coming here. The Puppy Wellness plan comes in handy and is worth the fee and saves a lot of money in the long run. Especially in the first year as a puppy for services like neutering. My plan covers unlimited Office Visits and the staff are always flexible and typically can fit him in the same day and it eases alot of stress and anxiety as a worried Dog Parent. Usually the only thing you pay Out of pocket is the meds and additional testing but it’s worth it compared to spending hundreds to thousands at the Emergency Vet if it’s non life threatening. I have nothing but kind words to say and always look forward to visits at this location. Thank you Banfield for being soooo good to my Teddy!

Dr. Carr is the absolute best. She always goes above and beyond for my cats care. i struggled so much with a PCS overseas, and it wouldn’t have even been possible without her dedicating so much time to helping me. Dr. Carr, thank you so much for everything you did for me and my cats. Snuggle and I were finally reunited this past January! It was such an emotional and stressful time, and I could never thank you enough for bearing with me through the process, and even responding to my emails on your day off when it was time sensitive. God bless you! 🩷

I have to admit that Banfield is Great BUT: I am not happy about the plan that they sell you. THEY NEVER TELL YOU THAT YOU can not cancel the plan, even if the pet either dies or like me got the plan for a dog we thought was "dumped" after we posted on Facebook and Onslow country shelter and finally the owner contacted me. I can't even transfer it to another pet in the Family. I am stuck paying either $500.00 up front or 9 payments of $54.95. I do have a plan for my Little Man but as soon as its time to renew I will find another Vet and a plan that they will tell you up front of what is expected.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
