Quality Care and Genuine Compassion
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This standalone Banfield is the only place we will take our pets. The staff is incredibly kind and always courteous regarding pricing, making sure the final bill is manageable and transparent before you leave.
The front desk area can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but that’s honestly just a sign of how busy they are everyone in the area knows this is where you go for quality care.
What really sets them apart is their heart. Even though they aren't an emergency hospital, we recently had a crisis where one of our babies was found unresponsive at home. We rushed here, and they stepped up immediately. There was no pushback or deferment; they just gave us genuine help and truly cared during a terrifying moment.
For anyone reading the more critical reviews about staff interactions, please keep in mind that these folks see 30+ pets a day. They are working hard to save lives and keep our companions healthy. A little grace goes a long way, and the level of care your pet receives here is well worth it.
No other pet clinic in the area comes close to how this facility and their teams make us feel.

I take all my pets here. The people here treat my pet as if it's their own.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My cat went for his rabies shot. My dad decided to add his distemper shot too. When they gave him his shot they gave his distemper first and he as scared so they couldn’t give his rabies shot. Advised he should come back later the following week for his rabies. Agreed and said Wednesday through Friday would be ok. They decided to try again to give him is rabies shot. In the process of this be but the tech. Now at this point it’s his fault and no one can be around him to help calm him down. Animal control was called to provide next steps. She said it’s clear that he wasn’t biting out of aggression but from being scared ( he was provoked) thankfully he wasn’t out down ( I would fight for him at that point) he is being quarantined for 19 days. I highly highly don’t recommend this place!!!! I get he needed a rabies shot but he is a strictly indoor cat and an only cat… being they are the professional should have never tried to attempt his rabies shot again… THIS COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED!!!!

We had an emergency with our pet and we were turned away because they were too busy to see our little boy.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Banfield Pet Hospital. We had a scheduled appointment for our cat, but when we arrived there were multiple dogs in the waiting area that were not being properly handled or controlled. Because of this, the staff told us we couldn’t stay for our appointment. As a pet owner, it’s frustrating to show up on time and prepared, only to be turned away due to a situation that wasn’t our fault. The front desk worker flat-out said, “No, I’m not doing that,” and quickly turned us away. The tone was dismissive and unprofessional. As it wasn’t our first time there and we’ve never been turned down that way. It’s frustrating to take the time to show up for an appointment and be turned away because the lobby wasn’t being managed well. A vet office should be prepared to handle both dogs and cats safely and respectfully. We left feeling brushed off and won’t be returning.
