  Well stocked store with a wide variety of products for different pets. I was looking for some hot spot cream for my cat and I found what I needed after a bit of searching. Parking can be a pain with a smaller parking lot that always seems pretty full.

  I take my cats to the Petco in Huntersville all the time. The staff there is amazing.

  Store keeps giving me wrong item that now I have no use for. Forgot to add website keeps stealing bonus $5 even though they didn't expire. Found better prices at Food Lion.

  This was our first time in here because we typically go to a different brand store that is much closer to our house in Charlotte, however they did not carry the specific item we needed. I asked someone for help because there was an empty spot on the shelf for the item that said online it was available in store, and the other item that was like it actually had a card to take the the register. So we walked up together and had Dawn dig through a box to get what I needed after I told her I needed the blue box and not the purple that she kept trying to get. I then asked if she could hold on to it because my husband and I wanted to look around a little bit more. When it was time to check out I explained to Dawn that I had just signed up for the rewards account but it wouldn't let me add my phone number so I asked if we could look it up by the number. She, rather rudely, told me I would need to call customer service to have this updated. She then told me my total and I let her know that it was priced cheaper online and again, rather rudely, stated that that's how it is sometimes. She corrected the amount and we left... Befuddled by the entire interaction. Needless to say, this will be our last time shopping at Petco and I will order what I need online from a different company moving forward.
