So thoughtful and funny, made me laugh after a stressful day. Just an example of the little things that make this office great!

The new office is gorgeous (Huntersville location) and the staff is incredible. Dogs stay in room for exam with owners 😃. Practice focuses on whole health and quality of life for pets. If you have been missing Dr. HEMSTREET from your local practice or are looking for a new veterinary practice give them a call!!

They didn’t even examine her, refused to prescribe an inhaler, and tried to push me into repeating the same expensive tests, antibiotics, and prednisone that had already failed. I booked a $25 wellness exam they advertised, but they tried to charge me $95 just because my cat is “sick,” even though they did nothing. I left with no help and went to another clinic where my cat finally got proper care. Don’t be fooled by the high ratings, these are business people, not veterinarians.
