We were there for the T4 radioactive dye injection.Their staff., Susie, Brittany and Becki were all very knowledgeable and if they didn’t know something they asked. They were patient and didn’t rush you. They made you feel like an important customer. I appreciate every single person I came in touch with. Dr. Kari Hyatt was also great. She called with updates, as well as, her staff. At discharge Dr. Hyatt met with you in person, in the conference room. There she gave me a paper with highlighted information on it. Dr. Hyatt made sure you thoroughly understood everything and said, call anytime if we had questions. I know our fur baby was a little fussy and they took great care of her. She is doing well at one and a half weeks out and I know that she’s picked up a few pounds already. I can tell she feels better. Money well spent.

So thoughtful and funny, made me laugh after a stressful day. Just an example of the little things that make this office great!

The new office is gorgeous (Huntersville location) and the staff is incredible. Dogs stay in room for exam with owners 😃. Practice focuses on whole health and quality of life for pets. If you have been missing Dr. HEMSTREET from your local practice or are looking for a new veterinary practice give them a call!!
