- LSLinda StewartNov 7, 20251.0This place don't know what they are doing , I had to take my furbaby Jasper there because it was after hours and he needed help . They claim they ran a lot of test on him and decided he needed to stay the night . If they are Specialist , then they are not good at their job. Went back to get him , and given steroids and seizure meds . His condition continued to worsen to the point he could not eat or stand ,we got him in to see his life long Vet and she did test on him and she said he had been misdiagnosed , that he had a brain tumor and he was suffering and would not get any better . We had to help him over ther Rainbow Bridge and we are heartbroken . Too add insult to injury , we were charged over 1,600.00 for a misdiagnose by these " SPECIALIST "

- KWKW WacOct 28, 20251.0Funny how my extremely negative review disappeared. Your negligent clinic sent my 18 yr old cat’s health into a downward spiral last Feb. She came in due to high glucose. You muzzled her and injured her. When I got her home her left leg was injured and she couldn’t walk on it. I promptly called your office to find out what you did to her and the vet tech I spoke with said he was surprised I couldn’t hear my cat screaming in the back treatment room. To top it all off your clinic didn’t even have glucose strips to check her blood sugar. Your clinic should be permanently shut down for animal abuse. I have spread the word and will continue to do so to let people know to AVOID YOUR CLINIC.

They had her with a Vet in less than 10 minutes …… I left and ran to get something to eat and within 10 minutes of my return they brought my baby out to me as well as a little souvenir …… she is home and back to her normal wild self ……. Cost was very reasonable for today’s market!! Thank you CVS for being there for us!!!

Though it was the middle of the night their staff was amazing and I feel like we received comprehensive care for our beloved dog. We will be using them for any emergency visits going forward.
