  Please do not. I repeat do not get the Vetco package. It is a scam. My puppy has been going to this location since I got him in September. So there are two parts to this location and unfortunately I did not know that. So Monday - Saturday there is a clinic and hospital. But on Sunday there is only a vaccine clinic. My puppy had and regular appointment but I had to cancel it due to I had a death in my family. So I made and appointment for that Sunday. The staff was so rude and he had the first appointment for the day. And they took two other dogs before mine. And they were so pushy about me buying a Vet package. Now they state they will not give me a refund. I don't need the package because my puppy is fully vaccinated. And the clinic and hospital caught there mistake and give me the number to call. I will be looking for a new vet for my puppy. Because I did not like they way he treated on last Saturday for his appointment.

  DO NOT USE THEIR VACCINE CLINIC. Heed all the reviews claiming they don't give the correct vaccines, as this just happened to me. The are rude and uneducated. They refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing. Would do nothing to correct my dog's records. RUN, don't walk. Find another place!

  Our pets have been patients here since it was called Thrive. My dogs have received all vaccines at this location since puppyhood but this will be our last! I scheduled our pups vaccinations at the Clinic for today 9/28. After waiting 20 mins past the appt time we get checked in by Michelle. She was very rude, was not knowledgeable about my dogs vaccine records even though she had them on her tablet, argued with me in front of other customers and gave a bad representation of Vetco Clinic. Michelle told me Lyra was not properly vaccinated by Vetco on our last visit 1/19/25 for the DA2PP 5in1 vaccine. She argued with me in front of MANY customers that my dog had no other vaccines given..I had to show her our records to prove I was correct about the bordetella. The same records she was viewing by the way.. She kept confusing our dogs and their patient profiles as well which is why she didn't see any other vaccines for Lyra she was looking at Marley's chart. She then denied us services and asked us to leave. We happily did as we can not not trust Vetco again after this interaction. I guess proving her wrong warranted the poor treatment she gave. Michelle then walked to a back room in a tizzy leaving her 1 associate Malachi with a crowd of patients who saw and heard the whole thing! After collecting her name I am leaving this review as I can't recommend to anyone!
