- MSMike Smith6 days ago1.0This place use to be a good place to take your pet to but that changed a couple of years ago. Everything here is a money grab and the care isn't worth the price you pay. They prescribed my pet medications and they never detailed the complications or side affects of the steroid they prescribed. At the 2 week check up when I described the symptoms they were like, yes, that is a side effect that wasn't mentioned. That side effect lasted for two more weeks and when I called in to let them know what is going on, they told me to wait a few more weeks for the side effect to go away from the steroid. That side effect never went away and was actually a sign that my dog had diabetes for a month without treatment due to them telling me to wait. If they would have told me the side effects of the medication they prescribed, I would have asked for a different form of treatment. Due to the mismanagement of diabetes, his health declined rapidly and instead of being a healthy dog, he ended up passing away 3 months after being diagnosed with diabetes.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the funds for an emergency procedure, but the amazing team at Vetco went above and beyond to help us. They worked diligently to create an alternative plan that allowed our girl to be treated in-office the very next day; saving us thousands of dollars, and most importantly, saving her. Every single staff member was incredible. Dr. Massey was so caring, patient, and thorough, making sure we fully understood every step. A very special thank you to Kevin, who was consistently reassuring and comforting through it all m. His knowledge and compassion truly stood out. We’re beyond grateful to this team for their kindness, expertise, and dedication. They treated our girl like their own, and that is truly all we could ask for.

They’re always there to patiently assist, advise, and are full of hugs and belly rubs for him; even when he stops over for an unplanned visit after a grooming appointment. They’re Awesome; we wouldn’t think of going any other place!
