Andrea is an excellent trainer! We have done private lessons, fundamentals class and now will be starting the advanced class. Highly recommend her for training!

Andrea was fantastic with our puppy who is having some behavioral problems. She was very knowledgeable about training, diet, supplements and how to cater our training to our family dynamics. Our pup instantly took a liking to her, which is saying something. She showed us how smart he is and how to work through his issues and maximize on his strengths!

We just completed our beginner's class for our miniature schnauzer pup Dexter at Petco Holly Springs with trainer Andrea Capaldo. She's amazing. Both the pup and us made great progress and we all really enjoyed the classes and Andrea's insights. She's been training pets for around 15 years and knows what's she's doing. We signed up for the second level training class and have had our first session. She keeps the classes for beginners small to minimize distraction. There were 2 pets in the beginner's class and a new student was added in this second level class. The thing that attracted us was the all positive training approach and its working perfectly on our dog.

Although the trainer was nice enough, however we paid for 6 weeks of training classes. After the first class we noticed during the next couple of classes that out of the hour we paid for we were only getting ten minutes of one on one instructor time. We opted to attend a later class on the same day in the hopes of a smaller class. One class we were the only dog present and still only got 30 minutes. Next class we were one of two, the other was a new puppy and we literally got 5 minutes. The 6th and final class known as graduation was a few minutes of testing and some in store people training for a total of about 30 minutes. All in all, for the price, we would recommend going with a private trainer and not one in a store setting. It’s not private, it’s distracting to the dog and human and there is very little one on one trainer time. Again, trainer was nice enough, just not the training we anticipated regrettably.
