  They don't care about your pets, they just want your money. They won't even prescribe medication to an almost 13 year old dog for arthritis without hundreds of dollars in unnecessary testing despite the fact that I just paid over $300 for a bunch of unnecessary testing and full bloodwork that found nothing less than 5 months ago. They're perfectly fine with a senior dog being in pain.

  The front desk staff have always been rude when I come in, Dr Walker was the only one who ever took the time to speak to me and explain anything to me. I scheduled an appointment days in advance and they called the day before to cancel with no options for a reschedule earlier in the day just a drop off when I requested a room visit. The last time I scheduled a visit I was not told it was a drop off, was surprised when I got there and they said it was a drop off and they’ll call me at some point when he’s ready. When I was called late it was late in the afternoon saying I needed to come pick up my dog by a certain time my whole day was wasted waiting around for the call. When I called to speak to the office manager about my issues with my visits the front staff again was very rude and short with me. I would not recommended coming to this location to anyone. I understand it’s a ‘busy location’ as they say they are but the front desk people could be allot nicer that I’ve been treated and how I’ve seen other people treated

  I appreciate the team members who go above and beyond their love and care for each animal at the hospital. However, I was shocked about how expensive the office visit and some other services I asked about for my dog were. I cannot continue to bring my dog here because it's quite expensive for my budget. Hl

  Danni at the reception desk was very rude, not professional at all. In addition to not being able to find our pup’s shot records, mid conversation without an “excuse me one second” she answers a phone call and continues a conversation with another customer. We’ve been clients here for over 8 years but after our recent encounter with the office staff we will NOT be returning.
