  Please do not waste your time coming here. I never write reviews but felt like this needed to be brought to others attention. Jamie is the groomer who was supposed to groom my almost 5 year old labradoodle. I moved to this area from Charlotte for school and was excited to have a new groomer in the area, as I am a member of the petco vital premier. My dogs appointment was at 12:45, dropped him off at 12:30 and received a call at almost 1:30 that my dog would not come out of the kennel and showed aggression towards her. My labradoodle requires grooming every 4-6 weeks so he’s very good and well behaved with groomers, he is well known as a big sweetheart. During the call, I asked kindly if something happened that made him scared, this was highly unusual from him. She said no and then proceeded to ask if that’s the reason I came to this location. I did not appreciate that behavior and made me concerned for my pet’s safety. I ended the call and immediately called a manager from petco and asked if someone else was available. He was kind and even suggested Savannah as a groomer for the day after, but I could not go back after my dog experienced a traumatic experience there. He was also kind enough to check on my dog, but if you’re suggesting a different groomer, does that mean there’s been other incidents with this groomer that you’re immediately suggesting someone else? After picking my dog up she suggested I make another appointment and she’ll make a note that he’s “a little aggressive”, like what? I am not going back to traumatize my dog again and gain a fear every time he needs to go for a grooming because of this bad experience.

  My babies looked awesome when I picked them up. My regular groomer stood me up then never rescheduled. I was able to get in fast. My dogs were not stressed when I picked them up and all staff members were nice and involved with their care. I will definitely be back. They looked better than they ever have coming home from the groomer!

  This was probably the BEST grooming my dogs have ever had..worked us in graciously,very professional
