They did not do the anal glands on my dog and then I called back to talk to the manager on duty, and she said there was nothing that she could do for me.I had to give him a bath after bath and he smelt so bad when I picked him up and I highly recommend nobody take their dogs here, especially the groomer that I had and I will not be taking either one of my dogs here ever again and the manager on duty the night of October 19 said she cannot do anything for me so I guess I won’t be going into that store either to purchase anything and I will go to another pet store to get my dogs taken care of or buying anything from that store. They are hard to get in touch with trying to make an appointment with. They are rude when you go in the door to make the appointment. The manager seemed like she could not accommodate for nothing that I was saying on the phone and The prices are Highly overrated. And my dog smelled like poop when I picked him up and put him in my car and I’m on Workmen’s Comp. right now and I had plenty of appointments that I had to deal with so it took me a couple of weeks to call in and complain and she didn’t understand that the manager I’m talking about so she couldn’t accommodate me for nothing she said. So like I said, I will not be going back to get my dog groomed here and if you do, your dog will probably end up smelling like poop just like my dog did and not have his anal glands cleaned out when you pay for it. I have paid for stuff plenty times before and never gotten it done here before and I have also taken my other dog there before plenty of times before and have been a regular customer for two years and they always seem to miss something every time so this is the end of it for me and we will not be going back for either one of my dogs. Period. I highly do not recommend this place at all!!!!!! Very bad experience and very bad and rude people. Poor Marlo!!!!!!!!!!
