They took great care of my CoCo!! She was very at ease with the Vet and her assistant. I was given a written summary but she still took the time to explain everything to me.

Not reliable whatsoever. I had my appointment scheduled for weeks because it was the soonest they had available. it was very urgent and the day of my appointment was sent a cancellation text and told that there were no vets coming in so they cancelled all the appointments. Ridiculous

Avoid these people like the plague. Took two dogs to get vaccinated and new prescriptions on same day. One dog no issues getting the prescription transferred to my pharmacy Allivet. The second dog they keep denying the prescription claiming no relationship with owner or pet. Both dogs on the same Vetco account. You have to be a special kind of stupid to screw this up that bad. They are that and so much more. Multiple promises to fix or call back and handle. Never happens.

The process was quick, and Dr. McMillan's examination was excellent!
The only issue I had, had nothing to do with his exam. However, when we were checked in, during the "very engaging" conversation, the young lady forgot to indicate that I needed a Rabies shot included with his Wellness Exam. He received the tag but got no shot. All I can say is, thank goodness, I forward his updated records to the kennel we use, and they pointed it out to me that they did not see the Rabies expiration date. After speaking with Vetco, they informed me that the shot was missed! We're scheduled for an out-of-town trip and we're planning on dropping him off at the Kennel on our way to the airport. We would have been beyond livid, had we discovered while dropping him off that we did not have what was needed for him to stay at the kennel.
Fortunately, we we're able schedule another Vetco appt. in time for him to get his Rabies shot before our trip. Yes, I know mistakes do happen, but this mistake would have been horrific for us!
Again, thank goodness it was caught in time, we were able to get another appointment, and all is well.
