I showed the stylist a picture and clearly explained how I wanted it. However, when I came to pick her up two hours later, the cut was completely different from what I requested. They had shaved her face entirely, and the trim down her back looked uneven and stringy. I paid $125 for a haircut that left my puppy looking awful. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

She couldn't answer any questions, and became combative when I asked anything. After paying, the machine said "please remove your card" so I did, and then she told me I removed it too fast, and I said "Nope, the machine said to remove the card." in a calm voice, her response was "Sir, please calm down." I said "Excuse me? I am calm. I haven't even raised my voice." She sat there in silence slowly finishing the transaction. You just lost a returning customer for life due to this interaction. I'll take my money other places. Update: The moment I received the notification of a response to this, I did as requested and called the store. I spoke to a woman who said the GM wasn't available, but would be in the next day. I left my name and phone number. It's been 3 days and I haven't heard back. Does the manager actually wish to resolve this issue, or is the response just online posturing? I'm still awaiting a call back.
