They shaved her backside without my permission or even informing me, and when I picked her up, no one explained anything. Before seeing her, I was asked to pay for the service and even left a tip, but it wasn’t until after paying that they brought Gigi out and I saw the result. The job they did looks like a joke — careless and unprofessional. Despite the mistake, no one offered any compensation or solution, and the store took no responsibility. Now I’ll have to wait up to five months for her hair to grow back, which is unacceptable from a service that’s supposed to be professional and trustworthy. I do not recommend this location. Poor communication, zero accountability, and absolutely no empathy.

Then proceeded to disappear for 30 minutes. A girl was also working in the reptile area who kept looking over probably assuming i needed help. Then rung up a few customers and proceeded to walk to the back of the store leaving me un helped. Very unsatisfied with the complete lack of customer service besides originally asking if i needed help just to not receive any. Leaving me walking out on the shrimp and fish i chose
