Veterinarian availability varies—book an appointment to ensure one is onsite. Clinics provide only routine vaccines and preventive tests. For emergencies, visit the nearest emergency vet hospital.
I know people have their opinions about this, mostly negative, however, although it was an awkward set up. The staff was amazing and kind with our dog, tried to interact with him as best they could, they were understanding for our reason of not being able to access his past medical records, the girl checking us in was not only thorough, but very helpful when we had questions. Yeah, sure, it’s an awkward set up, but anywhere else, you’d be paying probably double for what you get here! For what it is, it’s worth it imo. I’m glad my dogs first adult vaccines since being a puppy were here, I was nervous it might be a bad experience but it was quite the opposite. Thank you to the staff!!

I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment which was 3:00pm. The Vetco Clinic was not open yet. The veterinarian arrived late so I had to wait for her to arrive. This was a vaccination and worm test and once the veterinarian arrived late arrived, we were good to go. They performed the Heartworm test which turned out to be negative. The only criticism I had was their printer was down and it took several
minutes for them to work out the technical difficulty. I did not leave the Vetco Clinic until almost 4:00pm. I did not expect to have to be there that long. It made me late for my next appointment. Being prompt makes for a better experience. This veterinarian was very professional and helpful.

Shooting up my dog in the middle of Petco's filthy floor is just not going to cut it at these prices. The only clean spot on the floor came from where my husband was directed to clean up our dog's mess.
Customer service, the appt check-in process, and respect for privacy was lacking to say the least.

Scheduled an appointment to make sure all of my dogs vaccinations were up to date. This is literally the only place I’ve ever taken him and he is only 2. Surly his file is new. I was told they have no way to access his records. Not only was this an inconvenience the girl working the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. They ended up saying my dog needed his flu shot, after I had to dig through multiple emails of past records. I trusted that they knew what they were talking about however when I got home I realized he just had his flu shot in September and it was still good. Now I’m over here hoping my dog doesn’t have an adverse reaction. Definitely won’t ever bring my dog back here. Maybe your staff should be required to take a course in basic customer service skills.
***this is just a review for the Vetco clinic, I love all of the very friendly, very helpful individuals who work for Petco***
