  They were quick to get my pet in and out. They were gentle and made sure he was comfortable. They suggested shots and the reason they are so important. And the were able to get him a follow up appointment very quickly.

  Poor service... My dog had a dry needle aspirate of a mass taken there which they concluded with "inconclusive". Then they charged >$240 to take the sample to a lab which also said "inconclusive". All that just so we could be referred to a clinic which actually knows what they're doing. The new vet determined this type of mass shouldn't be aspirated and will most definitely mean cancer given the breed and age of the dog. Time lost not treating cancer and cost for absolutely nothing... I will not return to this practice again.

  My dog had a medical emergency, you advertised being open Saturday morning. No one answered phone and no one called back. Doubt I'll try again

  Yes, we had to leave there took the dog in for teeth cleaning. We knew they were gonna have have to remove a few teeth estimate $1200 called during the surgery said it was gonna take more time ended up being $2200 never stepped another foot in there.

  I brought a feral, stray mama cat in to be seen for her first appointment. She ended up being sick with giardia and worms, and I had 6 sick kittens at home that she was still nursing. The clinic said they would "call me back" every time I tried to ask about how to make an appointment for the sick kittens, for 8 straight days. 8 days!!!! They kept giving me the run around saying they didn't know if I had to bring all the kittens in or just one kitten or just the smallest kitten or the sickest or all of them or WHAT. I waited FOOLISHLY thinking they would call me back and have a solution for treating the kittens! but no!! Until the kittens became so sick I had no choice but to go elsewhere, to a a place that answers their phone and calls you back! This is a NEGLECTFUL clinic and I would NEVER trust any of my animals with any of these people who clearly don't care about their jobs!
