  Petco on Franklin… went to get some feeders for my snakes and saw these very miserable chameleons… the one on the floor is more than likely dead and the one up top isn't doing too hot either… stuck in his shed, these are originally videos so somewhat low quality but do better… this is why I've nearly compler stopped supporting big box pet stores as the way they treat their “pets” is horrible. Unfortunately I had to make a stop today. I needed feeders badly to properly take care of my babies.

  It was a clean atmosphere the staff was around but didnt ask if we needed help. In their defense we did come in 20-30 min before close but my daughter wanted to buy a pair of birds. We put it off until we had more time & until we could talk to an associate to find out more about caring for them! One thing I did notice that was nice people came in later than we did and not once did they make a store closing announcement or rush us at all!

  I placed an order but was unable to pick it up within the 3 days allowed. Instead of refunding my money, they returned the merchandise to the shelf and are ignoring my requests to refund my money.

  I have been taking my dog here to get groomed for the past 2 years but after the encounter I had with Ashley last Saturday, I will NEVER return. I walked in to check-in for my 2:45 pm appointment and I was immediately met with nothing but attitude by Ashley. She was very rude and she made me feel like I was a bother to even be there. I’ve never in my life felt so blatantly unwelcome from a place I was trying to spend money. I do not know if she was having a “bad day” but that is not how you treat customers. I ended up leaving with my dog but not before letting Ms. Ashley know I thought she was extremely rude and also not before speaking with her manager letting her know how she treated me. After reading some of the reviews on here I am actually so glad I left because 4 months ago there is a review where a customer saw a person named Ashley yanking on a small dog behind the salon windows. It is sad to see that she is still there and I was about to leave my 12 year old dachshund in her care. DO BETTER!

  The store itself is okay, but there is a poor little bearded dragon that has something wrong with its eye. It can't even open it, if you are gonna sell reptiles to people then make sure they are okay and take better care of them. It hurt my heart so much to see, if I could have got the poor baby dragon I would have just to take it to a vet before it got worse. Please take better care of the reptiles in your store it is sad that the poor dragon has to suffer just for money!
