Always good to work with, staff is kind, they take care of my babies, even my dog who is a reactive lil monster 💙 Love that I’ve always been able to have a monthly payment plan vs having to drop hundred of dollars at one time for vaccines, visits, etc. I’ve been using Banfield for 10 years now and they’ve been wonderful.

Had a bit of a hiccup with scheduling an appointment on the app, and Jamie got us all situated! Definitely made me feel super comfortable and cared for. (: My partner and I recently moved to Clayton, causing us to switch from our normal location. So grateful my pup will be in good hands here! Thank you Jamie, and thank you Banfield at White Oak! Frankie can’t wait to meet you all!!

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I am extremely frustrated and upset with this location it does not seem like they have the resources, or staff to do what they need to be doing, to have people trust you with their pets life is important, and it's not taken that way here. I would suggest going to an actual standalone veterinary hospital. Such as oakart are one of their sister locations.
My story: I made an appointment online for an in room morning visit. Because I work in the afternoons. I then immediately received a call of some girl who had terrible phone etiquette. She didn't tell me her name and said, I couldn't come for an in room visit in the morning I had to come for a drop off.I explained my situation, and that I work in the afternoons and I would have to do an in room visit because I wanted to talk to the vet about my concerns with my pet. She then proceeded to tell me, "okay, fine, come at 10:15 for a in room visit" i show up they then proceed to fumble around for about twenty minutes to even find my information and even though they have called me to confirm my appointment, they "didn't have my phone number" once I finally got into the room with my pet, the vet tech told me this would be a drop off and not an in room visit and "they should have never told you on the phone that you could have an inn room in the morning " who's "they" you don't even know??? The vet tec tried to be nice and reassure me that "everything is okay and if something is wrong with your dog, we will figure it out it out!" I start panicking because I don't know if I can come back to pick her up in time before I have to go to work so then I had to call out. Hours later, the vet calls me and says," your dog looks fine. We had to give her some vaccines. And I suggest this two hundred dollar flea and tick medicine for her." I tell her my concerns that she's not eating much and she has a lack of energy. The vet just goes "huh.. well, she had lyme disease at some point.
So she's probably anemic, she's also twenty pounds overweight so that's probably why she's not eating."
I trusted what the vet said picked my dog up paid 700$+ and went home. Four weeks later, she is now deceased.I took her to an emergency vet she was acting very low energy, and she passed in the car on the way there. Turns out it wasn't because she was "anemic" or "overweight" she had a giant mass that was pushing on her stomach that somehow they completely missed and sent me home with "a dog in perfectly fine health" i didn't know that it was my last three weeks with my dog. How could I? But I knew that something was wrong I tried to do the correct thing and take her to the vet. The problem is, is, this is not a vet It's a glorified pet groomer. 0 stars please, for the safety of pets in Garner close down.

Just started going to Banfield with my new puppy! So far I’m very happy with everyone. The staff is awesome!!! Also the Groomer that took my puppy and did a little bang and booty trim was so nice, her name was Jennifer. Even at checkout, the young lady was so helpful and showed me the coupon book for 20.00. Saved me money immediately that day.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
