I’m conflicted on how many stars to give this place. The drs and the vet techs are great. The front receptionists in the morning are great but that little red head Bryson is so unbelievably rude. You can’t work in customer service and be as rude as she is. Especially when you’re dealing with people who are scared and worried about their pet. Bryson laughs in your face gets on her phone and starts humming when you ask for someone else to talk to because she’s being rude. And when I talked to someone else they confirmed what a problem she is to people. While I sit here in the waiting room for my dog to get his stitches out I contemplate a new vet entirely literally because of this one absolutely terrible little girl.

My cat was in dire need of emergency care. I called on my way, and the team was ready to take him back immediately. They took such great care of him, and we went home with all the medicine he needed to feel better. From coming in as an emergency, and totally new patient, we were treated and on our way home in only a couple hours. I can't thank these wonderful and caring people enough!!! We will certainly be back😺😊

We liked this place. We came here from Asheville since they quoted cheaper than VEG, SAVES, and MedVet hospitals for a urinary blockage for our senior kitty and our vet trusts them most. The wait was long due to an emergency just before us but the staff was wonderful and the vet took the time to explain our pets health in depth and go over his labs and even helped us decide we could take him home safely (even while it would have made them more money to keep him overnight) since his blockage cleared on its own.

Excellent emergency care for my 113 lb mountain cur that swallowed a disposable facial towel. I was expecting expensive exploratory surgery, but thankfully it didn’t go that way! We were seen very promptly by the wonderful vet tech Emily, and x-rays were suggested with the cost of 3 views detailed for me up front. Dr. Nott then clearly explained the x-rays to me and said since the wad of cloth was still in his stomach, she could induce vomiting and we could avoid other more invasive options. They took him from the room, and soon I could hear several voices join in with sweet encouragement as he heaved a few times, followed by a chorus of “Good boy!” In celebration and praise! I was so relieved and grateful for the outstanding care we received! I was in and out in less than an hour! Truly exceptional!

This experience was horrible. Our pom had recent knee surgery and she had a reaction to the anti-inflammatory medication. She started having bloody vomit and stool. We rushed her there and after a 4 hour wait she was admitted to their icu. THE VETS ON THE NIGHT DUTY WERE EXCELLENT AND CONTACTED US AS NEEDED TO ADVISE US. We had explained the need for no weight bearing on her right rear knee due to the recent surgery. I went the next day to visit and the day vet came in and put my dog on the slippery tile floor instead of handing her to me. She slipped immediately. I rushed over to pick her up and sharply addressed the vet without swearing or yelling. She immediately left the room. While holding my dog I noted she smelled terrible and had dried feces all over her rear quarters and her chest. I asked if she was in ICU why did she not get sponged cleaned . No Answer except that's not my department so I cannot answer. As she was doing better and advised them I would pick her up the next day as I was no longer comfortable with her care. After that everything changed. We were never exposed to a vet again and all contact was made through one of their alleged nurses whom I suspect were vet techs. My wife and I went the next day to retrieve her. She had been steri-shaved to the point she had blood blisters and she was very sore. When questioned on this drastic procedure I was told that I had complained, and this was the only way they did it. We were treated with hostility and contempt. We immediately removed our dog and paid them 3,000 for 2 days of stay there. In all fairness they did stabilize my pup but the way we were treated was deplorable. I recommend you stay far away from this emergency practice.
