Alex is who we love to see he always takes great care of my kiddos… my boy is no longer with us and when I told Alex he really showed empathy not only as a pet lover but because he really cares for the animals in his care. That makes me feel comfortable leaving my little one in his care to get groomed. 10/10 def recommend… they even have me a card from the staff offering condolences
