The price listed online for the 4-in-1 vaccinations for cats was wrong. Once at the clinic, they told me they do not do the 4-in-1 and refused to change the 3-in-1 plus the leukemia separate into the 4-in-1 which cost about $25 extra. It's already expensive for vaccinations and I did not appreciate the refusal to choose the cheaper option that I already knew existed without a proper explanation as to why besides simply repeating "we don't do 4-in-1 shots." Otherwise, the experience was fairly quick and easy but they do not provide any advice about anything going on with your cat. They simply recommend you go to an actual vet. It's just meant for getting quick vaccines so please be aware of that when you go in. If you need vet advice, you may want to schedule with a vet instead.

The worst place. Arrived ON TIME for my appointment and they said I missed it because I was supposed to be there 10 mins early. Drove 30 mins to get there and they just didn’t care in fact the lady was laughing as she told us. I guess she was ready to go on break and was coming up with any reason not to take my dog in for a quick rabies vaccine. Also was the same thing the other day. These people care more about going on break than the actual customers
