I came in for my dogs to get a dental cleaning. The nurse I had was very rude and condescending. Talked to me like I was dumb, when I kindly asked a question from her. Her name was Leah.

They've been canceling appointments since November 23rd, and when they finally see my cat, they do nothing. My cat is in a lot of pain and was there from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., and they didn't give him anything for the pain. I've had to go to the emergency room several times and pay much more, even though I pay for the wellness plan and And I've been a customer for 12 years, it's not the same as before.

Had scheduled an appointment online only to get told once I got there that there was no available appointment so I had to reschedule. Dropped off my cat for an exam and had rabies paperwork that I had given them. Once I came back my cat was shaking and I was being charged for a rabies shot that was not needed. Had resolved the payment issue but they did god knows what in the back probably scrambling to find out what went wrong in what felt like forever as I stand there comforting my boy from the stress of the shot. You would also think that they would offer an explanation on the exam findings, but no explanation was given. Thought I'd give them another chance and had my wife schedule an exam for another cat. It had been over a couple of days and she goes in today just to get told they will reschedule her for Monday. 1/5 star for service but 5/5 for wasting our time.
