I am extremely dissatisfied with the care my dog has received, particularly given that he has been quite ill and in a delicate state of health. I visited your facility seeking a check-up, a diagnosis, and a series of tests and examinations to determine exactly what was wrong with my pet; however, more than 20 days have passed since the samples were collected, and the results have yet to arrive. The explanation I received was that the laboratory staff had misplaced the samples. As of today, I still do not have a definitive diagnosis for my dog's condition, and consequently, he has been unable to receive timely and appropriate treatment. We were forced to bring him back to your facility to have new samples taken—a process that causes him significant pain and discomfort. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and in the most appropriate manner possible. As professionals, you simply cannot toy with my dog's health and the precious time he has left.

Extremely unprofessional, laughing at our pet and making jokes. We tried to explain what was happening as we have had this issue in the past and they ignoring what we were saying and dismissing us.

Happy with the puppy package so far! First time using Banfield and it's been great for us. We pay a monthly fee, with that all the general care for our puppy is covered in the first 12 months. Vaccines, boosters, deworming, checkups, and the spaying surgery! The staff has been very friendly, shares our concerns, and we feel like they love her as theirs!

On Friday my cat got sick, throwing up, would not eat, lethargic. My regular vet was closed until Monday. I saw that Banfield was open on Saturday. Went to their website and saw they had an online appointment schedule. They had a few open so I took the 8:30 AM appointment. I arrived at 8:15, waited a couple of minutes while the receptionist was on her computer. She finally asked if she could help me, and I told her I have an appointment at 8:30. Gave her my name, pets name, phone number. She said I didn’t have an appointment there. Showed her the screen shot of where I made the appointment, but that didn’t matter. Said they were full for the day and I would have to go somewhere else. Handed me a card for the emergency vet clinic and went back to her computer. Asked if she could check with the vet to see if he could see my cat, her only reply, we’re full. There was no one else waiting.
After this, I would not recommend them to anyone! Very rude and lack of any concern. I ended up at the emergency clinic where I was taken care of immediately with no delay.

Do NOT take your baby here!! I took a stray 6-7 month old puppy here. No microchip so I told them that I decided on keeping her and would pay for anything she needed during the visit. All they did was give her a rabies shot even though she obviously had something going on with her ears (literally had dried blood in both of them) and her skin (she was constantly itching & had 2 BIG spots of missing fur/flaking skin) yet they didn't say anything or offer to do anything about it. It was a drop off appointment and she was there for 3-4 hours yet they ONLY gave ONE shot ???? About a week later, spots are getting worse, itching like crazy, shaking her head constantly! Took my poor baby to another vet, they noticed her issues right away, offered to do cytology testing to determine if it was fungal or bacterial. Turns out she had a bacterial skin infection and 2 bacterial ear infections & of course needed her puppy shots since we weren't sure if she ever gotten them. On the other hand, Banfield made sure to offer their subscription plan multiple times throughout the visit (of course) & I didn't even get to meet the veterinarian who was supposedly taking care of my pup! So disappointing.
