- MGMisha GoochDec 1, 20251.0Terrible experience. I was rushed the appointment lasted 5 mins there were no questions asked about my pets conditions. I was given medication for cat when my pet is a dog and information given was not helpful at all.

I received a text from Vetco stating that they “tried to call but were able to get through”, but they did not call. The check-in staff member said Vetco didn’t send the message, and also scorned me for being a few minutes late, saying they could cancel my appointment. Disappointingly service.
