- JDJessica Ridgley DayApr 5, 20261.0This “groomer” shaved my border collie almost bald this past weekend, I told her I wanted more than just a perimeter cut I.e. about an inch off. I did tell her I wanted it cut but under no circumstances did I think she was going to shave my border collier so short I can’t even grip her hair. She didn’t ask any follow up questions and shaved her completely. She completely ruined her coat. Top coat? Gone. Under coat? Gone. She was literally shaved and has bald patches. It is going to take 6-12 months for her coat to HOPEFULLY return to normal. Then she left her paws scruffy with hair. It wasn’t even a clean shave, completely uneven and blotchy. I will be contacting corporate. My dog was not matted and her coat was healthy, I just got her groomed 2 months ago. Even the other groomers agreed that her coat was in good health. Her name was Sierra.

Sierra is very professional, kind and understanding of our pets needs. She didn't hesitate to provide excellent top tier service . We've had several appointment and always been very pleased.

- CGChristian GuyDec 20, 20252.0Staff are friendly. Extremely hard to book a large dog appointment because they only have a few large dog kennels. Even if you book an appointment it’s not guaranteed that you will get serviced in the event that another dog owner hasn’t picked up their pet yet further delaying your appointment. I suggested that they have ONLY large kennels since they can accommodate both large and small dogs and the staff agreed and that this was a common issue.
