- DWDiamond WalkerSep 29, 20252.0I wasn’t too happy with my experience. The woman that I’m assuming was the vetco manager had already picked a bundle without asking me what services I wanted. They just wanted me to sign and gave me a price. I told her I wanted to take a look at the bundle prices and individual prices. How do you just select what my dog needs? My girl is 3 and I know exactly what she needs and doesn’t need…. The manager was very hesitant to hand me the paper that had the prices. Then, they were reading me what I was getting before signing, just for me to see they didn’t include two vaccinations that were part of the $160 bundle….. When I asked, she seemed very annoyed stating she forgot to put one and the other, my dog had never gotten but would need a booster for if she did get that vaccine. So now these vetco people choose what to give us and not give us? If I’m paying $160 for vaccines, I want what I’m paying for and if you “feel” it’s not needed, adjust my price or have a conversation with me. That was extremely concerning. My total came out to roughly 165 on the receipt but when I got to the register, they were trying to charge me 177…..they told me the taxes may be different from the receipt…. Huh????? Almost a $15 difference in tax when the receipt said $0.43??? I asked for a manager, and she saw the mistake and adjusted it for me. I’m so glad I’m a very observant person because I could NOT believe my experience.
