I made an appt at a different location and that location lost power . I was called an hour before my scheduled appointment to reschedule at a different location . I had an appointment for two pets . Both pets were suffering from the same condition causing both pets discomfort yet the manager and the front desk was adamant that the vet could only see one pet. They refused to care for both pets even though both pets were there and had the same condition . But out of pure compassion and simple common sense the vet acknowledged both of my pets and gave me enough medicated shampoo for both. I want to thank her for putting on a master class of how to truly treat the animals you signed up to care for. Why leave one suffering and he’s right there in the room with us. Would the extents 5 or 10 minutes kill you? In addition the entire staff could benefit from customer service training especially the person that checked us out .She really needs some training ASAP ! However the vet gets 5 stars and I want to thank her for assisting BOTH my pets. Shame on the manager and the person that signed me out,. I was also disappointed to see that the 2 bottles of shampoo that I paid $82 for is 16.99 a piece on Chewy

When I do come in early, I never see animals to be waiting in the lobby. I make appointments to meet my work schedule. It is frustrating to constantly be asked to come early.
