They take my order charge my card. But when I arrived it out of stock. I’ve heard it all. Inventory shows the wrong number on hand, short on staff, can’t get that product. Then don’t let me order it. I thought it strange that they want you to pick a substitute product when ordering. I believe they know they have problems. Doesn’t a pet store know that pet owners are loyal to certain brands for a reason. Never again
