Service was not good. Could not find what was wrong with my cat after taking X-rays. I asked for the x-rays not to be sent out but to be emailed to me because I had somebody who would take a look at them, but they sent them out anyway and charged me $400 and when I talked to the veteran The next time I came in and asked her why she sent them out The only thing she could say is it was lost in communication. But that could not be right since I told her and her VT myself. And it's on camera when I told her. They don't call people back they don't check on your pets I have called four times waiting for somebody to return my call about reimbursing me for my x-rays but the only thing they can say is oh they're not in right now we'll have them call you back it's been 2 weeks and nothing. I also asked for blood work to be done she told me that we should do X-rays instead and all the $800 the I already spent they cannot find anything wrong with her but she still can't breathe. So now I'm going to have to spend more money to see what's going on with my cat and why she is not breathing right. When a vet tells you they do not recommend for you to go on a wellness plan that should have told me something right there cuz I was about to sign up for one.

They added on procedures to my cat’s visit that I asked them to call me first about and discuss. I didn’t receive a phone call and was surprised at pickup to see it added without a call, especially with such a large price tag. I asked about it and was told “if you can’t pay, it’ll be sent to collections.” The man I spoke to was very hostile and did not care at all.
I was pretty upset and thankfully they had me speak to a very nice lady who understood there was an error and was very helpful. I’ve gone to Banfield many times before and never had an issue like this, usually the staff is very nice, but the hostility and lack of empathy from their one associate was very upsetting and turned me away from this establishment.
The lady I spoke to as well as the quality of all procedures they’ve done for my babies deserves 5 stars, but the rudeness of the one associate and his negligence during check in are baffling.

This is the worst Banfield location I think I have ever been to. They cancel your orders for pet medication with no rhyme or reason and then don’t let you know. When you try to place the order again they don’t approve it. I ordered my dogs heartworm medication 8/17 and my dog was due to take it 9/1. I wasn’t made aware that the order was canceled until 9/1. When I called to ask why the order was cancelled and not approved by the vet they said they didn’t know why and for me to replace the order and they would approve it that day. It’s now 9/3 and I’m still waiting for approval. Let’s hope my dog doesn’t get heartworm while I’m still waiting for vet approval. Oh, and then I have to wait 5-7 days for it to be shipped.
When you call they place you on a “brief hold” which is actually 10+ minutes. If you hang up and the call back they will answer.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
