I would leave 0 stars if I could, 95% of the staff are great. The vet techs are always nice, the vet we get 80% of the time is great. 2 months ago we brought a lip abscess to the attention of one of their vets, she brushed it off as it being a highly vasculated area that should heal fine. Well after a week, we called to get antibiotics because it was still on going. They were ineffective and ultimately it came down to a dental cleaning where they would resolve the issue. That was supposed to be today (11/10/25), well our lab proceeded to have a start of a seizure during intake (7:15 am). There were no vets present at the time so no one could administer the drug necessary for her to come out of it, luckily we were able to calm her down (she does have medication for this). We decided to wait with our dog since this occurred. A vet tech comes in and says they might not be able to do the procedure since she started having seizures. This was not a new occurrence, all the information regarding her seizures are on file and this is a known problem. The tech proceeds to have a bad attitude towards us (and mind you, we are already frustrated with basically having to beg the practice to take care of this problem) and then proceeds to bring in the manager after 20 minutes. Now when a manager comes in, it should be to de-esculate a problem.. Tim Francis(manager) comes in guns blazing with a rude tone. We try to explain to him that it has taken MONTHS to resolve this issue that should have been taken more seriously from the start. And yes we are frustrated, who wouldn't be? Tim keeps interrupting us whenever we speak, yet whenever we try to saying anything when he pauses he yells "Im not done talking". This escalated to the point where he asked us to leave. Which is fine at this point because quite frankly the complete disregard for our dogs health and lack of compassion or understanding is just incredible. Tim threatens to call the cops on us when we go to check out and storms around the corner. My husband says something about him running away (which probably wasn't necessary) but what also wasn't necessary was Tim Francis swinging off his coat and acting like he was going to hit my husband. I ended up coming back inside to finish the check out process and Tim has the nerve to mention respect. You have to give respect to get respect and from the moment Tim walked into the room he had absolutely zero respect for us, our dog or our experience within this establishment. I've owned horses for over 20 years and no large animal vet would EVER let an abscess go this long without treatment as it increases the risk of a blood infection. If you care about the well being of your pet long term, I would avoid this practice. We will be canceling both of our dogs programs and have a very long conversation with the corporate office about the behavior of this individual.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a vet. They wouldn’t help me with a stray cat.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
