  This is by far the best Banfield location in the Triangle. Drs. Gonzalez, Otero, and Germain provided exceptional care for our Abby, especially during her final months battling heart failure. Even as her case became more complex, they remained thorough, attentive, compassionate, and coordinated closely with her cardiology team. The vets were always kind and accommodating, often fitting us in last minute, and the front staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The clinic is also much calmer and more welcoming than other Banfield locations we’ve visited. Although our sweet girl has now crossed the rainbow bridge, we are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion they showed us.

  My cats and I have been going to Banfield since 2014. Every visit, while not happy outcome has been awesome from the standpoint of customer service and care. I would especially like to mention Drs Germain and Otero and Vet Tech Alex.

  This place is a complete scam and I would not recommend bringing your dog here. Almost a year after my dog passed away, I suddenly received a collections notice for nearly $400. I paid everything that was asked of me when I was there. You can’t even receive services without paying upfront, so I have no idea where this supposed balance came from. I am currently disputing it and will be taking this matter to small claims court because they will not get a dime from me for something I do not owe. I originally came here because I had just purchased a dog from Petland and noticed something was wrong. My dog’s stomach was hard and swollen like she was pregnant, and she had several health issues. I even pointed out concerns about her spine and the way her body felt. Instead of addressing my concerns, the employee kept trying to sell me a monthly membership subscription and barely focused on the issues I came in for. They only took a stool sample and I never even received a call back with the results. Later, another veterinarian from the same clinic told me my Yorkie likely came from a puppy mill because of the way her back was curved. That information was never mentioned during my original visit, even though I specifically pointed out my concerns about her spine and overall condition. Within a very short time after that visit, my dog’s health rapidly declined and she passed away within two days. This clinic never identified what was actually wrong with her. Instead, the focus seemed to be on pushing memberships and additional charges. Now almost a year later they are sending me to collections for services tied to a subscription that I was still being charged for even after paying for the visit itself. It makes absolutely no sense. If anything, this clinic owes me answers. I would strongly advise other pet owners to be cautious before bringing their pets here.
