  I'm really bummed that it wasn't the experience I was hoping for. In our experience this was very costly for the outcome. I asked for a teddybear cut and got something completely different. They also didn't complete some of the things we specifically asked for (under belly shave / trim, rear area). Unfortunately, I won't be using their service again. The picture of our dog before the groom (with glasses) and after with no glasses.

  Christina was phenomenal and Ella came back to me looking all beautiful and happy!! The little bows in her hair are adorable and she smells and looks amazing would definitely recommend

  I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. It was a terrible day for both our dog and us. We booked the essentials grooming package and specifically requested a standard Golden Retriever haircut, just slightly shorter since the weather is getting warmer. The groomer arrived late. She had texted that she would be there by 10:15 AM but didn’t show up until 11:45 AM (our actual appointment slot was 9:30–11:30 AM). The most concerning part: it took her 7 hours, only to turn our beautiful Golden Retriever into a skinny, patchy-looking dog. The shave was extremely uneven and looked very poorly done. My husband checked in around 5pm to confirm she was doing the standard cut, and she said yes—but ended up doing the exact opposite. When we saw our dog, we were shocked and asked the groomer about it, she seemed anxious and unsure, initially claiming we had asked for a shave-down, and then later apologizing for the “misunderstanding.” To be clear, when we booked the appointment two days prior, we clearly stated what we wanted. We repeated the same instructions to the groomer: a standard Golden Retriever cut but just a little shorter. Anyone familiar with Golden Retrievers knows how much of their beauty comes from their coat. Unfortunately, it seemed like the groomer, Christina, was not experienced with standard Golden Retriever grooming or possibly even with grooming larger dogs. Putting the cost aside, we are deeply concerned about what happened during those hours in the mobile van. Our dog is now visibly traumatize, he won’t let us touch him and is isolating himself in a corner. In his 8 years, he has never had such a horrible grooming experience. We are heartbroken and unsure how long it will take for him to recover. We truly wish we had never booked this appointment.
