I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel Country Lane truly deserves it. Even though they’ve been short staffed lately, the entire staff has gone above and beyond. They’re always willing to help, patient, and incredibly supportive. Dr.David has personally called several times, not only to review test results but also just to check in on our fur babies. The care we’ve received over the last few months has been outstanding, and we’re so grateful for their dedication.

This place deserves fewer than one star. A few months ago, I brought my cat in for a dental procedure due to severe stomatitis. I chose this clinic because they were recommended by my previous vet and are said to be affordable and “hospitable.” That couldn’t have been more wrong.
The front desk staff was cold and dismissive from the start, ignoring my request for a quieter space as dogs flooded the lobby and my cat panicked. The vet was kind and diagnosed my cat with Stage 4 stomatitis, recommending urgent extractions and quoting around $1500, which I accepted and scheduled right away.
Just days later, they abruptly canceled the surgery, saying the vet was at a different clinic—something they should’ve known when scheduling. Instead of rescheduling, they refused to treat my cat entirely and kept repeating, “Which clinic should we send the records to?” I was stunned. My cat was in pain, and they showed no empathy or accountability.
When I picked up his medication, I was told not to speak to anyone and was met with hostile stares. I had to insist just to get a receipt. It felt like punishment for advocating for my pet.
They advertise compassion and care, but what I experienced was the opposite. Unless you’re a regular or well-known in town, they don’t seem to care. The only positive is the price—but that’s meaningless if your pet is neglected.
I ended up going to a different (more expensive) vet who truly cared and helped my cat recover. Please take your pet somewhere else. It’s not worth the risk.
I got an 8 week old puppy and called around to find out about current prices because I know I have several sets of shots coming up. I decided on Country Lane despite the fact that they were the most expensive (visit, shots, and a fecal at 12 weeks is $140) and made an appointment. After seeing the vet, the price charged was $171. In addition to the increase in the price post-visit, the female vet (she never introduced herself and Idk her name) was very keen on vaccines in general and not interested at all in my thoughts/concerns on the "every three weeks" protocol and over-vaxxing our pets generally.

They were wonderful with our dog. Listened to my concerns, and made sure to thoroughly explain what was going on and her treatment options. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend Country Lane. I wouldn't trust anyone more with my fur babies.
