She did everything she could to treat my kitty (Jinx) who had an ear problem that wasn’t responding to many methods issued by another vet. Dr. Loryn tried things until they worked and never did I feel hopeless for my kitty getting better. The staff was also loving and treated my kitty with great care. They were great about cleaning his ear.

Both the vet tech and the vet were super slow and patient with her and made sure she was comfortable before doing anything. The receptionists up front were super nice and helpful. This hospital is great! Actually listens to you and your pet, you can see the care and love in their eyes from the staff.

I am so impressed by this veterinarian .He takes the time to talk to you about your pet, and makes you feel comfortable. He is very smart and has a humble kindness about him. He figured out and treated my cats ear infection. Walkertown Vet claimed it was an allergy to his medicine. They were gonna send him to have his thyroid destroyed which would have costed me big bucks and wouldn't have even fixed his itchy ears. Thank you Dr. Polnak for the great care you give my beloved pets!
