  This is a terrible place for furry babies. I took my baby to be bathed, and when I went to pick him up, I saw one of the people in the grooming salon very upset because the dog she was attending to was a little restless. The woman was speaking to him very rudely and pulling him. I don't know her name, but I caught a glimpse of a heart tattoo on her arm. I think if you don't like your job, change professions. The animals shouldn't have to put up with people like you. Besides, we pay very well for the services and leave very good reviews, not for our babies to be mistreated.

  I'm not usually a chain store type of person, but I have to rave about the staff at Petco in Flowers. First and 100% foremost, Maria!! The best dog trainer with the patience and friendliness of a saint. My dog LOVES Maria. Not to mention all the times we come in the store to shop and she's nearly running the place and always with a smile. Second, we have used their grooming service once and plan to again soon. Danielle did a great job with my 11 month crazy doodle we had just adopted. He was a mess and she gave him the best cut, bath and skin treatment for his needs. He seemed happy and comfortable when I picked him up. She was thorough explaining everything in the beginning and again at pick up. These two ladies will keep us returning to Petco.

  Came in to get my items, got a drawn out sales pitch then quickly dismissed out the door. Spending time trying to dodge inudating sales pitches from different angles is not what Im wanting to go through. You want sales, I get it, but be mindful of my time. I dont want to be overwhelmed with a disingenuous interaction that wastes my time so you can throw your sales pitch. Other than that, they had the products I needed, and everything was fine, I am consideribg just buyung online though so I dont have to go through pushy interactions.
