- SBsusan bahamondeMar 15, 20251.0I am extremely unhappy about what happened today. My dogs are long time customers. We came to Clayton Petco to get my dogs rabies vaccination. We were turned away because of something in the “notes”. They were afraid of my dog being aggressive. We come to this location every three weeks for nail trim. Everyone knows he is not aggressive. We then went to the Cary location. Got his rabies vaccine. The only thing in the notes was a referral for a mass on his side. This was very traumatic for me and my dog. The vet tech, not the vet, does not belong taking care of animals. I am so disappointed.

When I mentioned this one of the young ladies said oh you must not have gotten the $179 package, the other young lady looked at her (not me) and said we didn’t have that then. If. There was a way to save me money and I wasn’t told about it, I am livid.
